#5796 new defect

Use "×" instead of '*" to describe multiplication

Description (last modified by Brenée Mitchell)

In §44, the "*" character is used for what appears to be multiplication:

The function pair denoted “100tan(1 rad)” is defined as fPD(α) = tan(α) * 100

Elsewhere, this document is careful to use "×" to denote multiplication, rather than "*", to avoid potential confusion with other meanings of "*".
